Refund & Cancellation Policy
As this is a limited-seat, live online program with curated participation, all registrations are considered final upon successful payment confirmation.
1. No Refund Policy
Once payment has been completed, fees are non-refundable. This includes situations such as non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, change of personal plans, or partial participation.
We request participants to carefully review the program schedule and details before completing the registration.
2. Transfer of Registration
If a registered participant is unable to attend, the seat may be transferred to another participant from the same organization, provided the request is made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the program start date.
3. Program Modifications
In the unlikely event that the program is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, participants will be offered either:
A transfer to a rescheduled batch, or
A full refund of the program fee.
4. Technical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and required devices. Refunds will not be issued due to individual technical issues.
